Live Kanvas Studios was created to provide independent film-makers, creatives, and producers with industry-standard audio and professional, high-quality video in a space available 24/7 with all the equipment they need. Every room in our facility is designed to have beautiful sonic value and pristine musical sound, with excellent recording capacities. We provide both value-driven digital audio recording, via the Pro Tools world with all the extra additions, as well as modern spaces for interactive live-stream podcasting and expert support staff every step of the way.

Video Production

Working on making a movie, TV-spot, or music video? We can help you produce exceptional-quality content at the level of excellence you’re looking for. Get started in our hair makeup room, to ensure that everyone on screen is looking right for the occasion. After that, perhaps rent our interview room, CYC wall, or performance stage with a green room. The performance space also includes a control room, stage, moving headlights, a green room, restrooms, and convenient free parking. Additional lighting and equipment rental is also available as needed, to meet (and exceed) your production goals.

Our studio rentals have been used to produce a variety of pilots, Indie films, webcasts, music videos, interviews, and more. When you choose to rent Live Kanvas Studios as the space within which to produce your videos, you’ll find a relaxed environment, friendly staff, and reliable internet throughout the building.

Podcasting

We have found that, while simple on the surface, creating a professional webcast of any variety can be daunting to produce, especially for those who aren’t in the production business. We make it simple. We have two fully equipped podcasting rooms that have been properly sound-treated and include all the essential equipment you need to get your podcast going strong. We also have a Technical Director on staff who can assist you with set-up, recording, mic checks, and even directing the show. File processing options are also available, including creating intros, outros, and formatting the recording into various types of audio types for distribution.

Our Technical Director provides you with full support, and our studio includes sponsorships and advertising.

ADR Studio

The Live Kanvas Studios automated dialog replacement (ADR) room is acoustically tuned with the equipment necessary to handle all ADR and VO work. We ensure quality and comfort with every session and are committed to upholding the recording process in the most efficient way. The room comes with a 32” HDTV for sync-to-picture recording and has a 5.1 surround sound system. We also offer mixing and mastering services.

Green Screen/Performace Space

Our CYC wall is 14 ft tall and comes with professional Astra 6x Bi-Color and Inca 4 Fresnel lights. Renting it out includes a control room and is 26 ft. x 22 ft. Our green screen room gives you the space and equipment you need to get your project done free from distractions, creating a scene that is only limited by your own imagination. Instead of renting out a room of your own for recording, which could easily run you thousands of dollars a month here in Atlanta, not to mention the price of equipment and operator. When you are looking for one-tip or intermittent use, renting out a green screen room at Live Kanvas Studios is a smart financial (and quality-control) decision.
